Bin seit 5 Jahren BASE Kunde.
Mit dem eigentlichen Service von BASE war ich zufrieden, bis eine Unzahl von Werbeanrufen aus Call Centern von BASE kam (Allein der “Internet-Flat” Tarif schon 4 mal angeboten).
Wenn BASE nicht langfristig den Unmut der Nutzer auf sich ziehen möchte, sollte sie die unentwegten Werbeanrufe unterlassen und die Werbestrategie ändern.
Auch die Erreichbarkeit hat sich im Laufe des letzten paar Monate so verschlechtert, dass es nicht mehr haltbar ist.
